Steps for Online Registration

Step 1:   Log into the athletic team registration page or create a new account by clicking the icon above.

Step 2:  Complete the registration.

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical form filled out by a physician.  This form can be found here.  Please make sure that your physician has signed the form and put the actual date that the physical exam took place on the  WIAA form.  Once the form is complete you will need to scan and upload the completed form to the registration page.  Sport physicals are required every 2 years by the WIAA.  Physicals taken after April 1st are valid for the following 2 school years; physicals taken before April 1st are valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.  

Step 3: Payment

A $50 athletic fee is assessed for each sport your child will be participating in.  This fee will be placed in Skyward approximately 2 weeks after practice starts or when final rosters have been determined by the coaches.  These fees will need to be paid before your child competes in their first game/meet. Failure to pay the fee will result in your child not competeing until this fee has been settled.  Payments are NOT accepted through this registration site , these will need to be paid in Skyward.
